Alexa Ray Joel and Christie Brinkley plastic surgery?

Alexa Ray Joel, daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley has recently been in the news over suspicions that she has yet again undergone plastic surgery.

In April 2010, the American singer and Pianist underwent rhinoplasty barely four months after being hospitalized for drug overdose following a break up. Back then, she claimed said she had always wanted to do a nose job because she had never liked how her nose looked from the side. After the surgery, Alexa expressed satisfaction with the result and said was not messing with her body anymore.

The 28 year old was in the news recently over speculations that she has had surgery on her face and boobs. A picture taken with her mother after a performance in Manhattan last year, sparked off rumors of a face job and breast augmentation procedure.

Alexa Ray Joel has since denied the rumors as falsehood. The singer insists she’s had no work done other than a nose job, which she admits to having had done in 2010, and blamed her new look on the brilliance of her make-up artist, a push-up bra combined with a hearty dose of self-confidence. She asked the press to shift their focus away from on her looks to her music and stage-presence.

Her mother, Christie Brinkley was upset about the rumors saying that Alexa has had to cope with negativity over looks since she was a little gitl.

A close look at her pictures seems to suggest otherwise. Her upper eyelids are wider, suggesting an upper blepharoplsty. Also, her lips look fuller, and her cheekbones look chiseled and higher.
